SHG LOAN

Loan may be sanctioned for the Self Help Groups (SHG) / Federation of SHGs as a whole for any productive purpose, like; agriculture or agriculture-allied activities, small and cottage industries, services, trades etc. or for consumptive purposes of the group/federation member/members. The loan availed by one or more members in the form of “SHG Loan” shall be treated as “Loan” for the “Self Help Group (SHG)”/“Federation of SHGs” as a whole and the SHG/ Federation of SHGs shall be liable to repay the said loan (principal along with interest) in full amount to the Bank.
SHG Loan may be available through PACS for those SHGs which are running under our member PACS. SHGs/ Federation of SHGs running under WBSRLM and DAYNULM are directly financed by our Bank subject to fulfilment of terms & conditions as laid down in the loan policy of the Bank.
